Who asked for another blog about Leyton Orient Football Club? Well no one, but as a supporter of this club the whole time I’ve been into football, and has recently got a season ticket for 2025/26, I thought why not!
This blog will hopefully document the journey of being an Orient fan at what happens to be a very interesting and potentially exciting time for the club. At the time of writing, I’ve just got home from the 1-0 win at home to Wycombe which puts Orient in 6th position with a healthier goal difference than Reading ahead of the final game of the season. To match the on pitch excitement, the takeover of the club by David Gandler and the Gandler Sports Group has also been confirmed with some very ambitious (yet achievable) targets.
This Blog will be updated at least once monthly, with potential to increase frequency depending on what is going on at Orient at any given time. I will discuss developments on and off the field, primarily focusing on the men’s first team initially. I do aim to get to more women’s first team games in the new season, however, as they will hopefully have a memorable season of their own.
So all being said, I look forward to the journey that is to come. Who knows what will happen? There’s only one thing you can guarantee with Orient:
Football Will Happen.
